    Abstract: Die vorliegende Erfindung ermöglicht, dass ein geeigneter Tintenfüllzustand eines Tintenbehälters durch Einstellen von Tinteneinfüllbedingungen erreicht werden kann, die Verhindern von Tintenleckage bei Entsiegeln eines Tintenzufuhrdurchlasses berücksichtigen. Ein Tintenbehälter (10) beinhaltet eine im Tintenbehälter (10) gebildete erste Speicherkammer (30) zum Speichern eines Tintenabsorbers (32), sowie eine auch im Tintenbehälter (10) gebildete zweite Speicherkammer (36) zum im Wesentlichen Bilden eines geschlossenen Raums bis auf einen mit der ersten Speicherkammer (30) kommunizierenden Verbindungsabschnitt (52). Nachdem der Druck im Tintenbehälter (10) durch einen Atmosphärenverbindungsdurchlass (12) auf einen Zieldruck reduziert worden ist, wird der Tintenbehälter (10) durch einen Tintenzufuhrdurchlass (14A) mit einer mit dem Zieldruck assoziierten Zielfüllmenge an Tinte im Inneren befüllt.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a negative pressure-generating member which is simple to manufacture, is superior in productivity and can realize stable supply of ink. SOLUTION: A sliver 43 of two kinds of thermoplastic synthetic fibers of different melting points is produced, which is passed through a pipe-shaped member 71 to align a fiber orientation. The sliver is preheated in a clean oven 44 to a temperature not lower than a lowest melting point and not higher than a highest melting point of the synthetic resins, and then heated again in a hot-air oven 74 to a temperature not lower than the lowest melting point and not higher than the highest melting point of the synthetic resins. The sliver is passed at a constant velocity through a nozzle 46 having a desired throttling diameter, and cut to a desired length.
