Abstract: PURPOSE: To enable desirable treatment of aneurysms and other cases with a graft which includes a tubular frame and an inner liner, by providing the liner so that it covers a distance of a lumen of the tubular frame from a position near its proximal end to a position near its distal end. CONSTITUTION: A graft structure 10 consists of a cloth liner 12 and a tubular frame having holes which are radially compressible. The tubular frame 14 comprises band members 11 that include zigzag or Z-shaped elements which forms many continuous circular rings that are radially compressible. Adjacent band members 11 which are spaced apart at a short distance of d are connected by two bridge elements 13 provided at diametrically opposed positions so that a required flexibility is retained. The liner 12 normally goes through the gap between the adjacent band members 11 and outward from the lumen inside the tubular frame 14 to the outside of the frame 14.
