Abstract: Antifungal compositions are disclosed which contain as active ingredients 6-alkylthio- and 6-phenylthio-pyrimidines substituted in 2- and 5-position by halogen and in 4-position by halogen or lower alkyl. Methods for controlling fungi with the acid of the aforesaid pyrimidine derivatives are also described.
