Abstract: A receptacle system for waste paper, toilet tissue and sanitary napkins, consisting of two portions, namely an upper portion comprising a plastic holder with a deodorising cover and an antiseptic inner surface, and a second or lower potion comprising a bag-like container made of impervious and/or waxed paper, characterised in that it has a special design. Toilet tissue and sanitary napkins can be deposited in the first portion (holder) whence they drop into the second portion or container (bag). The first portion is secured to the wall but can be selectively detached by hand. The second portion is secured to the first portion via a resilient system around the bag opening and held in place by a cord engaging flanges in such a way that when pulled it cannot be returned to the starting position or detached, whereby said second portion remains secured to the holder. When full, the bag can be pulled downwards or detached with a gentle tug. The cord is pulled again to seal off the contents of the bag and prevent it from being reopened. The only way to reopen the bag would be to tear or forcibly open it. A further feature of the receptacle system is the fact that the paper, tissue or sanitary napkins are no longer visible once they have been deposited in the holder. The two above-mentioned portions can be provided in a variety of colours and a variety of patterns to match the lavatory and bathroom walls, meaning that, in addition to being hygienic, they represent a decorative and harmonious addition to the sanitary facilities.

Abstract: Sistema de recipiente de papeles, papeles higiénicos y toallas higiénicas, conformado por dos cuerpos: uno superior (soporte plástico con tapa portambientadora y antiséptica en su parte interna) y el segundo o inferior (recipiente en forma de bolsa, de papel impermeable y/o parafinado), caracterizado por su diseño especial que le da un aspecto peculiar y propio, muy diferente a cualquier otro conocido.Por el primer cuerpo (soporte) pasan los papeles higiénicos y toallas higiénicas, los cuales van a parar en el segundo cuerpo o recipiente (bolsa).Este primer cuerpo va fijo al enchape pero se desmonta manualmente a voluntad.El segundo cuerpo va fijo al primero por un sistema de enresortado en la boca de la bolsa, y además asegurado por un cordón que se sostiene en unas pestañas que al halarse no le permite devolverse o desasegurarse, dejándolo fijo al soporte.Al momento de llenarse la bolsa, esta se hala o desprende hacia abajo con un leve tirón. Para sellar su contenido se hala el cordón nuevamente sin posibilidad de volver a abrir la bolsa. La única manera de volverla a abrir sería rompiéndola o violentándola.Otra característica que ofrece el sistema de recipiente es que los papeles y toallas higiénicas son vistas por última vez, solo al momento de ser arrojados, a través del soporte.Estos dos cuerpos vienen en colores y decoraciones que hacen juego con los enchapes de los baños y letrinas, lo que además de higiénico, lo hace decorativo y armonioso con toda la infraestructura del servicio sanitario.
