Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication device positioning system which is not necessary to compare and calculate a positioning signal. SOLUTION: The mobile communication device comprises a control device, a signal transmitter/receiver, a positioning receiver, a display part. In this case, the positioning receiver receives the positioning signal transmitting from a global positioning system (GPS). The signal transmitter/receiver, combined with the positioning receiver, is constituted so that the positioning signal is transmitted to external device. The signal transmitter/receiver receives positioning related information which is decided by the positioning signal from external device. The control device is connected to each of the signal transmitter/receiver, the positioning receiver, and the display part. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for downloading and executing a control content of a remote controller. SOLUTION: A remote controller includes a housing, a control unit mounted in the housing, a communication unit mounted in the housing and electrically coupled to the control unit and controllable by the control unit to communicate with an external host and to download a control content from the external host, and a display unit, which is installed in the housing and electrically coupled to the control unit, having a display zone for displaying the control content downloaded by the communication unit and a control zone for entering instructions for enabling the input instructions to be sent to a controlled device by the communication unit to drive the controlled device to execute the instructions. Abstract:
A portable device capable for providing navigation data and the method thereof. The portable device includes a mask ROM (Read Only Memory), an input unit, a RAM (Random Access Memory), a GPS (Global Positioning System) unit, a CPU (Central Processing Unit), and an output unit. First, an updated navigation map data is provided into the input unit of the portable device and stored in the RAM. Then, the CPU compares the updated navigation map data with an original navigation map data stored in the mask ROM to generate a revised navigation map data. Afterwards, the CPU calculates the position of the user on the revised navigation map data according to a positioning coordinate from the GPS unit.
Abstract:
A system for a mobile communication apparatus for positioning the mobile communication apparatus is provided. The mobile communication apparatus comprises a controller, a signal transmitter/receiver, a positioning receiver, and a display. Wherein, the positioning receiver receives a positioning signal transmitted by a Global Positioning System (GPS). The signal transmitter/receiver coupled to the positioning receiver is configured to transmit the positioning signal to an external device. The signal transmitter/receiver also receives the positioning related information determined according to the positioning signal from the external device. The controller respectively couples to the signal transmitter/receiver, the positioning receiver, and the display. Moreover, the display is adopted for displaying the positioning related information.
