Abstract: A portable electronic device 100 comprises a main body 110 and a connector module 120. The connector module may be located on the back of the electronic device, and can be slid between a position flush with the main body L2 and a deployed position L1. The module may provide support for the main body to present it at an angle from a working plane. The connector module may incorporate one or more connection ports (USB, etc.) 122a, which are exposed when the module is deployed and can then be used. The module may incorporate elastic elements to drive the module between the deployed and flush positions when triggered. The module allows the portable device to be used at a more suitable viewing angle and provide additional connection ports.
