Abstract:
An upright surface cleaning apparatus is provided wherein the upper section is provided with an openable post motor filter housing. The post motor filter may be axially removable and may be positioned below the suction motor.
Abstract:
A method of producing a publication, artwork or packaging (12) in which a thermoforamable sheet (36) which has an image and or three dimensional profile is included therein The thermoformable sheet (36) is a non-cellulose based deformable substrate which is mounted to a mounting substrate (20) that is mounted to a frame (24) or included in the publication, artwork or packaging (12)
Abstract:
(a) A surface cleaning apparatus comprises a filtration apparatus comprising a cyclone and an openable dirt collection chamber in communication with the cyclone dirt outlet. The dirt collection chamber has an openable end portion that comprises a wall that is intersected by the longitudinally extending axis, and when the end portion is in an open position, the cyclone chamber has an absence of any member having a larger diameter than the vortex finder whereby the dirt collection chamber and the cyclone are concurrently emptyable when the dirt collection chamber is opened.
Abstract:
A reproduction is prepared wherein the length of the reproduction is varied by one scale factor and the deeps of the image produced in the reproduction is varied by a second scale factor. The reproduction may be, prepared from a three dimensional article or a painting, art work or other two dimensional member having a topography in the surface thereof (such as brush strokes) or from a two dimensional substrate which has a picture thereon without any topography wherein the topography which is applied to the reproduction is prepared based upon computer interpretation of the objects present in the picture.
Abstract:
A water treatment apparatus includes a sand filter and a second stage purification step (e.g. ozonation). The sand filter is constructed as a plurality of individual components that are in fluid flow communication. At least that uppermost individual component of the sand filter is removable for cleaning.
Abstract:
A surface cleaning apparatus comprises a filtration apparatus comprising a cyclone downstream from the dirty air inlet and an openable filtration chamber comprising a screen downstream from the cyclone and upstream from the suction motor. The filtration chamber is accordingly a separate volume to that of the cyclone chamber and accordingly may be accessed to clean the screen independently of opening the cyclone chamber.
Abstract:
A surface cleaning apparatus comprises a cyclone having a dirt outlet with an impingement surface positioned in a dirt collection chamber and spaced up to 50 mm, preferably from 8 to 30 mm, from the dirt outlet.
Abstract:
A cyclonic surface cleaning apparatus incorporates a series of sequential physical filtration members to progressively remove smaller particulate matter whereby the physical filtration members collectively have a longer in use time prior to being clogged, thereby permitting a longer operating time prior to the cleaning or replacement of the physical filtration members.
Abstract:
A method of forming an image on a substrate, the substrate having a front face, the method comprising acquiring electronic data representing a work image of an object, the work image including a three dimensional representation of the object; using the electronic data to prepare a three dimensional reproduction of the object on the substrate wherein the substrate is shaped and the selection of the front face bearing a positive or a negative of the work image is made so that the three dimensional representation has a holographic appearance.
Abstract:
An electricity conducting cord has first and second ends, one of the ends comprising an electrical connection member engageable with a power connection member of an apparatus having an apparatus power rating, at least one of the power connection member and the electrical connection member comprising electrical connectors and a physical cord identification member, the physical cord identification member is configured to inhibit the electricity conducting cord being electrically connected to the power connection member if the electricity conducting cord has a power rating lower than the apparatus power rating.
