Abstract: The filter (106) has a metering tank (102) for accommodating a dosing fluid. A filtering medium is arranged in an inner side of the metering tank. A support structure supports the filtering medium to form a passage path for a dosing fluid flow. The filtering medium is arranged at a discharge opening of the metering tank, so that the dosing fluid flows through the filter medium before or during the withdrawal from the metering tank. The support structure has fins that are arranged on the filtering medium. An independent claim is also included for a method for filtration of a dosing fluid in an exhaust-gas treatment system.
