Abstract:
Described herein are films comprising a particulate matter having a refractive index of from about 1.5 to about 2.0; a cellulosic material; and a polysaccharide; wherein the cellulosic material and the polysaccharide are present in a weight ratio of from about 2.2:1 to about 5:1; and wherein the film is substantially free of a titanium containing material. Compositions comprising same, and methods of using same are also described.
Abstract:
Described herein films for use in an oral care composition, comprising: a silica; a polymer; a natural gum; and particles having a refractive index of from about 1.0 to about 2.5; wherein the weight ratio of the polymer to polysaccharide is from about 2.2:1 to about 5:1.
Abstract:
This invention relates to sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS)-free oral care compositions with improved foaming properties which comprise sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and a betaine, wherein the weight ratio of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate to the betaine is from 1:1.1 to 1:3.5, as well as to methods of using these compositions.
