Abstract:
The invention concerns a motor power supply with a DC intermediary circuit (7) arranged between an inverter (8) connected to the motor (3) and a DC voltage source (6), the motor power supply having a control unit (10) with an input connected to the DC intermediary circuit (7). With a motor power supply of this kind it is possible to further improve the efficiency of a motor-compressor unit (2), driven by the motor (3). For this purpose the DC voltage source (6) is controlled by the control unit (10), and the control unit (10) sets the product of intermediary circuit current and intermediary circuit voltage at a value close to or at the lowest possible value.
Abstract:
Method for commutation of a brushless motor (3) being supplied with electrical energy from a DC intermediary circuit via a multi-phase inverter, by which a first current and a second current value are determined and the length of a commutation interval is set in dependence of these current values. With motors being exposed to heavily varying load torques during one rotation, e.g. motors driving a compressor, a stable operation must be reached. For this purpose a correction value is added to the pre-set commutation interval determined by the speed of the motor (3), said correction value being the result of the difference of the actual value of the intermediary circuit current and a filtered and delayed value of the intermediary circuit current, multiplied by a weighting factor.
Abstract:
A hydraulic control valve for controlling flow between a pump, a hydraulic device, and a vessel containing hydraulic fluid. The control valve has an elongated valve slide which is slidably mounted in an elongated valve housing. The valve has three positions, a central neutral position, a float position axially offset in one direction from the neutral position and a constant pressure position axially offset in the opposite direction from the neutral position. In the neutral position, flow of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic device is inhibited. In the float position, connection is such that a raised device, such as a hydraulically operated bucket, is lowered slowly by gravity until it rests on the ground or another object. In the constant pressure position, the valve connects pump pressure to the load sensing circuit to facilitate, for example, shaking of a bucket of a piece of earth moving equipment.
Abstract:
In order, in a simple and reliable manner, to effect a seal in the region of the lead feedthroughs in a housing for an electrical device, in particular a measuring transducer, through the wall (2) of which housing at least one electrical lead (3) is introduced into the housing (1) and is sealed against the wall (2) by a sealant, tar (6) is used as the sealant.
Abstract:
A micromixer (5) is disclosed having a mixing chamber that is connected to a first inlet channel arrangement, into the wall (6) of which mixing chamber there opens a second inlet channel arrangement by way of at least one opening (10). Such a micromixer is intended to render possible rapid and predeterminable mixing of fluids. For that purpose, there is arranged on the wall (6) adjacent to the opening (10) at least one projection (7) that extends transversely to the direction of flow, the extent of which is greater than the extent of the opening transverse to the direction of flow.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a corrosion proof pump or motor with an inner, outside toothed tooth wheel rotating around a first centre, whereby the inner tooth wheel engages an outer, inside toothed tooth wheel rotating around a second centre which is displaced in relation to the first centre, whereby both the inner and the outer tooth wheels rotate between side plates, and the outer tooth wheel rotates in an outer bearing which is at the same time a distance piece between the side plates. The pump or motor is especially suited for media with a low viscosity, in that the side plates and/or the outer bearing and/or at least one of the tooth wheels consist of a binding material containing reinforcement and/or wear resistance improving and/or friction reducing materials.
Abstract:
A method for transporting a fluid through a channel which is defined by circumferential walls is disclosed. Here, it is desirable to avoid contact between the circumferential walls of the channel and the fluid. To avoid this contact, an auxiliary fluid is arranged between the fluid and the circumferential walls.
Abstract:
A micro-mixer (8) is disclosed having at least one mixing point (9, 10) which is connected to an inlet channel arrangement having at least two inlet channels (3, 4) and to an outlet channel arrangement, and a mixing method is disclosed for at least two fluids which are supplied from different directions. With this mixer and method it is intended to achieve a rapid and predeterminable mixing of the fluids. For that purpose, a separating element (5) which extends into a region of the mixing point in which the inlet channels run parallel to one another is provided. By this means the fluids can be kept separate from one another until their flow speeds virtually coincide in respect of value and direction. Only then are they brought into contact with one another.
Abstract:
An operating device (1) of a remote adjustment device for a heating installation is disclosed, having a housing (2) which has a mounting surface (3), and a temperature sensor element (6) arranged in the housing (2). In an operating device of that kind it is desirable to reduce the influence of the wall temperature. For that purpose, between the mounting surface (3) and the temperature sensor element (6) there is arranged a flow channel (19) which has an opening (20, 21) to the outside at each end.
Abstract:
A two-way seat-type valve is provided, having a valve seat (24, 25) which is arranged between a first and a second connection, and having a closure element (20, 21) which co-operates with the valve seat (24, 25), is arranged in a guide (18, 19) so as to be movable towards the valve seat or away from the valve seat, and is subjected to a control pressure prevailing in a pressure chamber (35, 36) on the side, remote from the valve seat, of the closure element. A valve of this type should also be able to exhibit good reaction characteristics with water as hydraulic fluid. For this purpose, the closure element (20, 21) is guided seallessly in the guide (18, 19).
