Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible pipe which can be effectively heated and may therefore be used for conveying oil in cold regions.SOLUTION: A flexible pipe comprises in order from inside to outside a plurality of layers: an interior lining; at least one reinforcement layer; and further, in between two layers, another layer composed of a wound tape; and at least one reinforcement layer. The tape contains: a first exterior layer 1 of a plastics molding material that is not electrically conductive; an intermediate layer 2 of a conductive plastic molding material, whose volume resistivity to IEC 60093 is in the range from 10to 10Ωm; and a second exterior layer 3 of a plastics molding material that is not electrically conductive. In the intermediate layer, at least two metallic conductors 4 are embedded along an entire length of the tape in such a way that, the two conductors do not touch one another.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a molded member under the condensation of a polyamide molding material whose polyamide component contains phosphorus in an amount of at least 5 ppm limited by the production in the form of an acidic compound, with a compound having at least two carbonate units. SOLUTION: This method for producing the molded member is characterized by (a) adding a weak acid salt in an amount of 0.001 to 10 mass% based on the polyamide to the polyamide molding material, before or when compounded, (b) producing a mixture of the completed compound with a compound having at least two carbonate units, (c), if necessary, storing and/or transporting the mixture, and (d) then processing the mixture into the molded member, wherein a condensation is carried out for the first time in the process. According to the present invention, a middle processing pressure, a slight motor load, and the remarkable increase of melt stiffness are caused to considerably simplify the production of a hollow article or hollow deformed article having a large diameter.
