Abstract: Proceso para la producción de granulados que contienen titaniosilicalita-1, caracterizado porque se cristaliza en condiciones hidrotérmicas un gel de síntesis, que contiene una fuente de SiO2, una fuente de TiO2, un compuesto que contiene iones tetra-n-propilamonio, una base y agua, la suspensión de titaniosilicalita-1 resultante, opcionalmente después de concentración y/o adición de otros materiales, se somete a un secado por pulverización o un secado por pulverización-granulación en lecho fluidizado y el granulado de titaniosilicalita-1 así formado se calcina a una temperatura de 400 a 1000ºC, preferiblemente de 500 a 750ºC.

Abstract: Production of granulates containing titanium silicalite-1 (I) comprises hydrothermal crystallization of a synthesis gel containing a silica source, a titanium dioxide source, a tetra-n-propylammonium compound, a base and water; spray drying or fluidized bed spray granulation drying the resultant (I) suspension, optionally after concentration and/or addition of other substances; and calcining the (I) granulate at 400-1000, preferably 500-750degreesC. An Independent claim is also included for (I) granulates per se.
