Abstract: Procedimiento para la producción de ácidos silícicos de precipitación, caracterizado porque consecutivamente a) se dispone previamente una solución acuosa de un silicato de metal alcalino y/o de metal alcalino-térreo y/o de una base orgánica y/o inorgánica, teniendo la carga previa un índice de álcali de 20 a 40, b) en esta carga previa se añaden dosificadamente mediando agitación a 55 hasta 85 ºC al mismo tiempo un silicato de metal alcalino y/o de metal alcalino-térreo y un agente de acidificación hasta llegar al aumento de la viscosidad, c) se detiene la adición dosificada durante 35 hasta 85 minutos, preferiblemente mediando mantenimiento de la temperatura alcanzada al final de la etapa b), d) a continuación se añaden dosificadamente al mismo tiempo un silicato de metal alcalino y/o de metal alcalino-térreo y un agente de acidificación a una temperatura de 55 hasta 85 ºC, de manera preferida a la misma temperatura que al final de la etapa b) o c), hasta que se haya alcanzado un contenido de materiales sólidos de 90 a 140 g/l, g) la suspensión obtenida se sigue agitando durante 1 a 120 minutos a 80 hasta 98 ºC, h) se acidifica con un agente de acidificación a un valor del pH de 2,5 a 5,0 y i) se filtra y se seca.
