Abstract: The system has vehicles (100, 200, 300, 400) with LED-headlights (101, 201, 301, 401) that emit lights blinked with frequencies, which are assigned to the vehicles. The vehicle (100) determines whether or not the headlights (201,301,401) have erroneous lighting direction or provide increased luminance. The headlight of the vehicle (100) emits the light that blinks with the frequency assigned to the vehicle (300). The vehicles (200, 300, 400) detect whether the headlights have the erroneous direction and provide increased luminous based on the frequency assigned to the vehicle (300).

Abstract: In a system for controlling a headlight of a vehicle to be controlled, a dazzling level determiner determines a parameter value of a dazzling level of a driver of an other vehicle ahead of the controlled vehicle based on information associated with a relative positional relationship between the controlled vehicle and the other vehicle. The dazzling level represents a possibility that the driver of the other vehicle feels dazzling to light irradiated from the headlight of the controlled vehicle. A light-quantity adjuster adjusts a quantity of light to be irradiated from the headlight of the controlled vehicle based on the determined parameter value of the dazzling level.

Abstract: The device has an imaging unit for imaging a front view in a travel direction of a concerned vehicle. A light detecting device detects the brightness of the field, where the concerned vehicle moves, based on the processing of the image of the front view obtained by the imaging unit. The field detecting device is provided for detecting another vehicle in the field, on the basis of the image of the front view, when the brightness of the field detected by the light detecting device, lies in a specific range. An independent claim is also included for a device for lighting front side of a vehicle, has an imaging unit.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sight state detector for precisely detecting a restriction object for restricting a sight via the windshield of a vehicle, and to provide a sight ensuring device. SOLUTION: In a raindrop R, where a restriction object for restricting a sight via the windshield W adheres to the outer surface Wo of the windshield W, a control circuit 24 receives reflection light Lo at the side of the outer surface and reflection light Li at the side of an inner surface to generate an image D for detection, and detects the raindrop R, based on a first region Po occupied by the reflection light Lo at the side of the outer surface and a second region Pi occupied by the reflection light Li at the side of an inner surface in the image D for detection. In fog C that a restriction object for restricting a sight via the windshield W generates on the inner surface Wi of the windshield W, the control circuit 24 detects the fog C, based on both of the regions Po, Pi in a reference image Db generated in advance when no fog C has been generated and both of the regions Po, Pi in the image D for detection, namely an image for determining fog. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give good operability to an illumination control device for a vehicle having an automatic control function. SOLUTION: The illumination control device for a vehicle includes the automatic control function for automatically controlling the turning on and off of vehicle head lights depending on the brightness of an environment around the vehicle. An adjuster 17 is installed on a lever 13 extending from a steering column in a vehicle compartment. The sensitivity to the brightness of the environment around the vehicle at the time of turning on and off of the vehicle head lights in the automatic control function can be adjusted with the adjuster 17. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method and an analyzer therefor of an organic halogen compound, which simply separate and analyze the organic halogen compound in a short period of time with high sensitivity.
SOLUTION: In the analytical method, sample liquid containing the organic halogen compound is separated by a high performance liquid chromatography. The acquired separation liquid is irradiated with an ultraviolet ray to generate a decomposed product, and the decomposed product is detected. The analyzer 1 is equipped with a separation means 2, a photolysis means 3 and the first detection means 4. The separation means 2 separates the sample liquid based on a principle of the high performance liquid chromatography. The photolysis means 3 generates the decomposed product of the organic halogen compound by irradiating the separation liquid with the ultraviolet ray. The first detection means 4 detects the separation liquid including the decomposed product.
