PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant compressor in which tetrafluoropropene or pentafluoropropene is used as a refrigerant and resin components are formed out of polyphenylene sulfide resin, and which inhibits deterioration of a lubricating oil even if the same is used under high temperature environment. SOLUTION: A variable displacement type compressor 10 includes a compression part C compressing the refrigerant in a sealed housing H and storing the lubricating oil in the housing H. Tetrafluoropropene or pentafluoropropene is used as the refrigerant compressed by the variable displacement type compressor 10, and polyalkyleneglycol is used as the lubricating oil. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limiter device capable of avoiding locking of a compressor itself, and protecting a driving belt while dispensing with a limiter function in a pulley part in a variable displacement compressor. SOLUTION: The limiter device is provided in the variable displacement compressor 100 capable of varying a discharge displacement per one rotation and compressing fluid in a cycle. It is further provided with an operation characteristics grasping means 160 grasping prescribed characteristics during compressing operation of the compressor 100, and a minimum side varying means 140 variable the discharge displacement to the minimum side when the prescribed characteristics obtained by the operation characteristics grasping means 160 exceeds a predetermined value. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor capable of preventing the lubricating oil in the compressor from stagnating in oil storage chambers and securing a smooth lubrication by allowing the oil to spread widely all over the internal space of a housing. SOLUTION: The housing 2 having a good sealing performance is structured so that a front housing 2a and rear housing 2b in a cylindrical shape are tied together by housing bolts 10 in a plurality of places while a cylinder block 6, a valve plate 8, and a gasket 9 are interposed. A plurality of bolt penetrating holes 11b as extra-spaces are provided, which are left open to a crank chamber R, and a communication passage 21 leading to the crank chamber R is formed from one end of the oil in the oil storage chambers 11b and a place opposite thereto. SOLUTION: The air conditioner for the vehicle is provided with a variable displacement swash plate compressor for compressing a coolant; and a control device for controlling the compressor. The compressor is driven by an engine of the vehicle and is further usually always connected to the engine. The control device controls the compressor such that the compressor is turned ON and operated for one minute with a previously determined time interval of 10 minutes when the compressor is in the OFF state and the revolution number of the compressor is predetermined 6,000 rpm or higher. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a V-pulley from being slipped on a pulley even under watered environment. SOLUTION: This pulley comprises a communication hole 130 for communicating the bottom parts 121 of V-grooves 120 with the side surface part 112 of a pulley body 110, and a groove part 131 extending to the bottom parts 121 of the V-grooves 120 provided in the sloped side surfaces 122 of the V-grooves 120. Thus, the water adhered to the inside of the V-grooves 120 can be drained to the outside of the pulley 100 through the communication hole 130. Therefore, the V-belt 200 can be prevented from being slipped on the pulley even in watered environment.
