PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw water supply acceleration system capable of supplying raw water with a necessary quality by a necessary volume to water users on the basis of a supply contract, while retaining water rights and ensuring smooth and stable raw water supply over a wide district. SOLUTION: A system for accelerating raw water supply among water right holders mutually contracted in pipes 9-14 contains at least one regional management computer 8 accumulating raw water sales information from applicants to be supplied among raw water users and raw water purchase information from raw water receiving applicants and a central computer 16 connected to the respective regional management computers 8. The central computer 16 is provided with a storage means for accumulating data for a web page on which the raw water sales information up-loaded from the regional management computer 8 and the raw water purchase information are published. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively provide food using high functional crops in accordance with the health needs of consumers. SOLUTION: A disease judging part diagnoses the health condition of a member 6 on the basis of clinical data, etc., of the member and predicts a disease risk. A recommended food element judging part, a required functional component and food judging part and a proper food and menu judging part judge insufficient nutrient compositions of the member 6 on the basis of the health condition and the disease risk prediction, judge recommended food composed of high functional crop food being at least either a high functional crop or its processed goods to supply the insufficient nutrient compositions, generate a menu including the recommended food and provide the menu to the member 6 on a web page. When the member 6 orders the menu, an optimum physical distribution and storage judging part notifies of a producer 3 of the high functional crops, a food processing organization 5 and a physical distribution organization 4 of the order so as to deliver the high functional crop food to be used in the menu to the member. SOLUTION: In the water supply system for trading service water between the plurality of water supply business units A-H, pipelines of required business units of the water supply business units A-H are mutually connected by connecting pipes 3ab-3gh, and flow controllers 2ab-2gh are provided in a midway part of each connecting pipe. Each water supply business unit A-H is communicably connected with a management center CC via a communication network CN. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact excessive water treatment method capable of obtaining clarified treatment water without adding an inorg. flocculant and extremely high in sedimentation separation speed. SOLUTION: Dredging excessive water 4 to which only a polymeric flocculant 5 is added is flocculated and stirred for below 2min and subsequently injected into a treatment tank 1 to be allowed to flow downwardly and a slurry blanket 8 is formed by the ascending streams with flow velocity of 5m/h or higher generated by the reversal of the downward flow in the treatment tank 1 and upwardly passed through the packed bed 6 of a floatable hollow cylindrical filter material to treat dredging excessive water. The filter material is pref. made of polypropylene with specific gravity of about 0.9 and sedimented sludge 9 is discharged from a sludge discharge pipe 10 while clarified treated water 11 is allowed to flow out.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure facilities which use heat energy obtained when organic discharges are gasified as a workplace for physically handicapped persons and to enable a physically handicapped person to work commensurating to the degrees of disorders. SOLUTION: A greenhouse cultivation center 20 communicates operation schedule data regarding greenhouse cultivation using the heat energy obtained by a gasification furnace system 30 to a physically handicapped person work information management center 10. The center 10 relates respective operations in the operation schedule data to the kinds and degree of disorders which enables the physically handicapped person to carry out the works, prepares a dispatch schedule to the greenhouse cultivation center 20 for physically handicapped persons by referencing personal information and work history information in a physically handicapped person database, and gives notice to a physically handicapped person care center 40 and a physically handicapped person 50. When the physically handicapped person requests corrections, an operator is assisted in generating a final dispatch schedule. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incineration ash treatment system and its program for treating incineration ash that is generated in a normal incineration field and for utilizing slag effectively. SOLUTION: In an incineration ash treatment system, a main incineration field 1 for treating incineration ash, normal incineration fields 2, 3, 4, and so on, and an information center 20 are connected via a communication network 10 one another. Incineration ash generated by the normal incineration fields 2, 3, 4, and so on, and flammable refuse are incinerated at the main incineration field 1. The normal incineration fields 2, 3, 4, and so on reports the amount and properties of incineration ash to be sent to the main incineration field 1 to the information center 20 via the communication network 10. The information center 20 comprises a means for instructing the amount and properties of incineration ash to be transmitted to the main incineration field 1 to the normal incineration fields 2, 3, 4, and so on via the communication network, a means for receiving purchase request by making public the sales conditions of slag, and a means for reporting that the purchase request has been received to the main incineration field 1 via the communication network 10.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water environment simulation method for river water system which males to possible to intuitively understand the trends and influence of load sources on environment on the screen of a personal computer having been spread widely and can be used directly like a game without making corrective calculations by individual previous investigations. SOLUTION: A data base is provided which consists of a geographic information group A which is given as prescribed values and displayed on a display device 13 as river positions, river drifts, watershed divisions, and watershed geography and a load information group C which is given as a set of individual water quality values and water amount values given by load sources, displayed graphically on the display, and set having sequentially variable correspondence to the geographic information group C, and this method is characterized by that corrected water quality information by river drifts is displayed on the display device 13 by a river color tone, image figure, or graphic method by freely arranging load information group C on the geographic information group A, integrating corresponding information of the load information group C by the watershed divisions, calculating water quality values by the river drifts and correcting the water quality values with experientially known water quality information.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat bottom sludge accumulated in the bottom of a water area, e.g. lakes and marshes, seas, dam lakes, etc., without dredging nor reclaiming the sludge and producing dewatered and separated water. SOLUTION: A face member 2 is hung vertically from the water surface 12 of a water area, e.g. lakes and marshes, seas, dam lakes, etc., toward the water bottom to form a cylindrical structure body 1 opened in the upper and the bottom parts and surrounded with the face member 2, an air lift pipe 5 is installed in the inside of the cylindrical structure body 1, a flocculating agent 7 is added to form flocculated particles while an oxygen containing gas 6 being supplied to the air lift pipe to aerate and move water, and then aeration is stopped and the suspended particles are precipitated in the water bottom. In the case hydrogen sulfide evolution occurs, hydrogen peroxide is added to the water in the cylindrical structure body. A sheet like body is preferably used as the face member.

SOLUTION: The direct river purifying device 10 is arranged across a river water channel RV and is constructed by continuously arranging a 1st packed bed 20 having a floating granular solid 19 and a 2nd packed bed having a hollow cylindrical filter medium 25 successively in the downstream direction and providing an air diffusing means 21 below the 1st packed bed 20 and is capable of efficiently purifying the river with the relatively compact structure directly in the river site.

SOLUTION: This plant maintenance system is so structured that a sensor for detecting data affecting plant growth is disposed at a plant growing place 10 so as to periodically send the obtained data to a plant maintenance center 50.
