Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washing method capable of providing clean dishes free from residue, stains, or streaking (striped contamination). SOLUTION: This dish washing method containing a first washing process using a hydroalkali cleaning composition comprises the steps of (a) bringing the dishes provided from a hydroalkali cleaning process forming alkali residue into contact with a synthetic nonionic seating agent containing polyalkylene oxide portion and hydro composition containing approx. 10 to 500 ppm in a post-washing process so as to form washed dishes and (b) bringing the washed dishes into a hydro rinse composition, and further comprises a post-washing sanitation process.
