Abstract:
The present invention relates to conveyor lubricant compositions including an emulsion of a lipophilic compound and also including an emulsifier and/or an anionic surfactant. The present invention also relates to methods employing such lubricant compositions. In an embodiment, the method includes applying the present lubricant composition to a conveyor with a non-energized nozzle.

Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an aqueous composition for inactivating sporulated and/or non-sporulated Coccidia parasites, wherein the composition includes, prior to the dilution of water; a) 15 to 115ppm chlorine dioxide and 10-25wt-% of an anionic surfactant having one or more C6 to C18 alkyl groups and one or more aryl groups, b) an acid solution including i) 1 to 5wt-% of a weak carboxylic acid and ii) 2 to 10wt-% phosphoric acid, and wherein the final composition has been diluted at a ratio, composition to water, or between 1:10 to 1:1000. Also disclosed is a method for preparing the aqueous composition as described above, by combining a) a chlorite part including an alkali metal chlorite, and b) an acid solution including i) 1 to 5wt-% of a weak carboxylic acid and ii) 2 to 10wt-% phosphoric acid, c) 10 to 25wt-% of the anionic surfactant, and subsequently diluting the composition at a ratio, composition to water, between 1:10 to 1:1000.
Abstract:
Lubricant concentrate, comprising at least one, non-nitrogenous, alcoholic component, from monohydroxy, dihdroxy and trihydroxy compounds, the esters and ethers thereof and additionally one further component selected from a) nitrogenous, organic, preferably aliphatic compounds with less than 14 C atoms per molecule and less than 8 directly connected C atoms in the molecule and/or b) an organic acid with 1 to 18, preferably 1 to 10 C atoms in the molecule.
Abstract:
Lubricant concentrate for conveyors containing at least one alcohol component not containing nitrogen, selected from monohydroxy, dihydroxy and trihydroxy compounds as well as their esters and ethers, and in addition at least one further component selected from a) nitrogen-containing, organic, preferably aliphatic compounds with fewer than 14 C atoms in the molecule and fewer than 8 C atoms in the molecule directly joined to one another, and/or b) an organic acid with 1 to 18, preferably 1 to 10 C atoms in the molecule.
