    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alarm for warning a low residual amount condition for a supplying liquid, with simple and reliable constitution. SOLUTION: An inlet port 12 liquid-communicated with a liquid supplying source, and an outlet port 11 liquid-communicated with a liquid using site are provided in a sensor main body 10. A float chamber 13 liquid-communicated with the inlet port 12 and the outlet port 11 is provided in parallel to a flow passage 14 for connecting the ports 11, 12. A float 16 connected to an alarm is provided in the float chamber 13. When the chamber 13 is filled with a liquid, a switch for generating a signal is not actuated, and, when the chamber 13 become empty, the float 16 goes down to operate the switch for generating a signal information a supplying liquid storage condition. The inlet port 12, the outlet port 11, the passage 14 and the float chamber 13 are integrally formed in the sensor main body 10 by drilling working.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a simple empty product sensor capable of giving an empty product alarm having maximum reliability and sensitivity by suppressing a complexity to a minimum limit. SOLUTION: A sensor body 10 has an inlet port 12 and an outlet port 11. The port 12 communicates with a liquid source and a liquid, and the port 11 communicates with a using position and the liquid. The body 10 has a float chamber 13 disposed to distribute the liquid parallel to a first passage 14 for connecting the port 12 to the port 11. The chamber 13 has a float 16 connected to a mechanical alarm. When the liquid of the source is dried up so that the liquid passing through the body 10 is not obtained, a pump 100 removes the liquid from the body 10 (particularly the chamber 13). Thus, the float 16 arrives at a position where a 'low or empty product' signal is generated.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, inexpensive and inconspicuous means for takeing in steam discharged from a dish washer for business use. SOLUTION: A water-driven spraying or venturi taking out means is used for removing, taking in and cooling hot and humid air generated at the rinsing and sanitizing step in the dish washer. At the time of supplying cold water for a spray nozzle 210 through a water injection means 150, fast spraying causes pressure drop in a vertical pipe part 170 to suck air holding hot moisture from the dish washer 100 to the part 170 through an air vent or a moisture pipe 160. Hot steam 140 is cooled and condensed by being made in contact with sprayed cold water, formed into a water stream 145 including coagulated moisture by passing through a flow-out pipe 180, and discharged from an air ventilating device.

    Abstract: A system for regulating a reverse osmosis system to obtain zero wastewater includes a fresh water supply, a reverse osmosis apparatus, a concentrate storage tank and a permeate storage tank, a concentrate solenoid valve and a permeate solenoid valve, a permeate heater, an institutional dishmachine and a control system. The reverse osmosis apparatus filters water from the fresh water supply into a concentrate rinse stream and a permeate rinse stream. The concentrate storage tank and the permeate storage tank are downstream of the reverse osmosis apparatus and receiving the concentrate rinse stream and the permeate rinse stream, respectively. The concentrate solenoid valve and the permeate solenoid valve control the flow of the concentrate rinse stream and the permeate rinse stream, respectively, from their respective storage tank. The permeate heater heats the permeate rinse stream to a predetermined temperature. The institutional dishmachine successively receives the concentrate rinse stream and the permeate rinse stream during a rinse cycle of the institutional dishmachine. The control system is operatively connected to the concentrate solenoid valve and the permeate solenoid valve and control flow of the rinse streams into the institutional dishmachine.

    Abstract: The alarm mechanism of the invention signals the absence of a liquid from a source of aqueous liquid. The alarm mechanism comprises an alarm body having an inlet port and an outlet port; the inlet port in liquid communication with a source of liquid, the outlet port in liquid communication with a use locus. The alarm mechanism additionally comprises a float chamber placed in liquid parallel communication with the inlet port and the outlet port. The float chamber containing a float operably connected to an alarm. The float, when a chamber is filled with fluid, disables the switch from generating a signal. The float, as the chamber is emptied of liquid, reaches a position and is detected energizing the switch to send a "low or empty product" signal. The apparatus operates by passing liquid through the body. As liquid in the source of liquid is depleted and is no longer available for passage through the body, the body becomes emptied of liquid as the source of pressure removes liquid from the body and particularly from the chamber causing the float to reach a position generating a signal.

    Abstract: A water-driven jet or venturi extraction means (200) is used to remove, capture and cool the hot, highly humid air created within commercial dishwashers during a wash rinse or sanitization cycle. A cold water spray (220) is used to create a pressure reduction zone (140) which serves to draw in hot, highly humid air from the dishwasher. Water vapor cools and condenses on contact with the cold water spray within the venturi. The invention also serves to help vent the dishwasher. Cool, fresh air is drawn into the dishwasher while the hot air is drawn into the venturi.
