    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a symmetric position of an object on a carriage section by a method wherein, when the object passes through a plurality of light curtains firmed along a moving section, electric signals in proportion to a shielded portion are generated, and the respective signals are subjected to a mutual coupling evaluation. SOLUTION: For example, an inlet part 26 of a bottle 1 carried on a conveyor belt 2 comes into a light curtain formed by a light leading path crossing face converter of a plurality of sections and shields the light path. the light leading path crossing face converter of each section comprises a transmitter and receiver, for example a transmitter 165 and a receiver 22, respectively, and supplies a plurality of separate beams from an end face of each transmitter to form a light curtain 10 in a horizontal direction. Received lights in each receiver are converted into electric signals by a light leading path device 3, for example a voltage in proportion to received lights to supply to an evaluation circuit 9. The signals of each section are in proportion to a light curtain portion which is not shielded by the inlet part 26, and evaluated in a circuit 9 by a predetermined equation, whereby a position of the inlet part 26 is detected.

    Abstract: Zum Sortieren von Gegenständen aufgrund von Messdaten über die Gegenstände werden die Messdaten einer grossen Stichprobe nach Häufigkeit (1) des Vorkommens von Messdatenkombinationen in einer Bibliothek geordnet. Je nach Häufigkeit wird den Messdatenkombinationen ein Sortierkriterium zugeordnet. Beim Sortieren werden die Messdaten von Gegenständen erfasst und es wird geprüft, welcher Häufigkeit in der Bibliothek sie zugeordnet werden können. Aufgrund dessen wird das entsprechende Sortierkriterium auf den Gegenstand angewandt. Das Verfahren erlaubt ein rasches Sortieren trotz einer grossen Zahl von Messwerten für den einzelnen Gegenstand.

    Abstract: Para la extraccion de una muestra de gas de un recipiente (1), se introduce un flujo de gas (3) al recipiente, expulsando del recipiente el gas contenido en él. El gas expulsado (5) es introducido a una cámara de recoleccion (4) con una abertura de entrada mayor que la abertura de salida. Por arriba de la abertura de salida, una tubería de succion (7) extrae una porcion (8) del flujo de gas expulsado del recipiente y suministrados a una estacion de análisis posterior. Este método y disposicion permite que el flujo de gas expulsado sea utilizado durante un tiempo mayor sin dilucion significante, de esta forma provee mejores condiciones para el análisis.     Abstract: To sort articles on the basis of measurement data concerning the articles, the measurement data from a large random sample are organised in a library according to frequency (1) of the occurrence of measurement data combinations. A sort criterion is allocated to the measurement data combinations, depending on their frequency. The sorting operation involves recording the measurement data of articles and verifying the frequency which they can be allocated in the library. It is on this basis that the corresponding sort criterion is applied to the articles. The method allows fast sorting in spite of a large number of measured values for the individual articles.
