Abstract: The method concerns welding of hollow cylindrical bodies (in particular, tins) according to which the bodies, before reaching the welding position, run through a guide tool (1) provided with several rolls. At least one of the rolls (3, 4, 5, 8) is a driven roll. Also claimed is an apparatus for implementation of the proposed method.
