    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up a charging capacity by arranging a piston in a housing, mounting a supply arm to an end part of a piston rod, engaging a cam sleeve arranged in the housing and a cam arranged to the piston and rotating the piston rod in following reciprocation of the piston. SOLUTION: A rod 72 is connected to a piston reciprocating in a main body tube 70 to support a supply arm 74. A cam groove 92 arranged to the main body tube 70 is engaged to a cam follow member 88. When driving the piston 76 in an arrow mark B direction, the rod 72 is rotated, the supply arm 74 is rotated to a position on the same straight line with a tension adopter and a nose part of the jaw case. A rivet R transferred by a rivet transfer tube 39 is blown to the nose part by a pneumatic pressure and is held by vacuum.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily conduct an adjustment and maintenance of a portable and automatic feed riveting system by respectively modularizing an electrical control module, an air control module, a run away stop mechanism, a connection assembly and a remote control pressure booster so as to demount them from a housing as an unit. SOLUTION: A housing is divided to two sections by a partition wall, an air control module 36 is desirably accommodated in a first section, a rivet feed device, a run away stop mechanism and a remote control pressure booster 40 are accommodated in a second section. The rivet feed device is controlled by an electrical control module 34, the run away stop mechanism 26 controlled by the air control module 36 receives a rivet from the rivet feed device. A rivet transfer tube 30 connects the run away stop mechanism 26 to a rivet fastening tool 12 to send out a rivet. A mandrel recovery tube 49 connects the rivet fastening tool 12 to a mandrel recovery system 47.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with quick adjustment, advanced maintainability, serviceability and quick changeability by sending out a fluid pressure signal exceeding a set value with a fluid pressure detection mechanism, sending out a signal showing pressure lowering to the set value or lower showing breaking of a mandrel and sending out a fluid pressure stop signal of a pulling head with a controller. SOLUTION: When a trigger 66 is pushed, an electrically controlled module 34 actuates a remote control pressure booster 40, supplies a fluid to a pulling head 43 and drives the pulling head to retreat. Further, when the trigger 66 is pushed, the electrically control module 34 starts a time cycle. At this time, a jaw case 44 holds a rivet mandrel and starts a fastening process. When a fluid pressure is raised, high and low pressure switches 250, 252 detect a pressure rise in starting fastening, a latch circuit is set. When the high pressure switch 250 is again fallen to low, the controller judges the rivet fastening is completed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up rivet fastening by holding a mandrel with a tension head driven by a hydraulic piston, supplying the force required for rivet fastening, arranging an air piston in a piston chamber of a remote control pressure booster, arranging a rod in a ram housing of a hydraulic passage communicating to the tension head and connecting the rod to the air piston. SOLUTION: When applying a hydraulic pressure from a remote control pressure booster 40 to a hydraulic pressure piston 43a of a tension head 43, a jaw case 44 restricts a rivet mandrel to fasten a rivet. When relieving a hydraulic pressure, an air pressure is supplied from an air tube 214 to the tension head 43, a hydraulic pressure piston 43a is returned to the most front position. By operating a low hydraulic pressure switch 252 of the remote control pressure booster 40, the oil in front of the hydraulic pressure piston 43a is returned through a hydraulic pressure hose 212 in a high speed. A second end pant of a piston chamber 43b is desirably vented to the atmosphere 37.
