    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a dynamically stable securing member for securing that vibration is prevented from being transmitted from a supporting body to a part, by connecting a base part and a holding member by at least one flexible web in the holding member. SOLUTION: Bands 11, 12 for holding member are used to automatically assemble holding members 9, 10. Many holding members 9, 10 belonging to the holding member bands are arranged between two bands 11, 12 extending in parallel at a distance. Respective holding members 9, 10 are provided with base parts 1 to be installed on the supporting body. Holding parts 2 of the holding members 9, 10 suit to receive at least one pipe-shaped part. The holding parts 2 are provided with two U-shaped receiving parts 16, 17 to be separated in parallel by separating walls 15. Stopping projecting pieces 18 extending diagonally inward from the side surface wall project in respective receiving parts 16, 17, and the projecting pieces 18 fix parts 4 to be arranged in the receiving parts 16, 17.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To carry off a tape from which components are removed away with reliability by deflecting a tape conveyor belt round an assembly position substantially in the form of V. CONSTITUTION: A tape 2, from which components 3 are to be successively separated one by one for ejection at an assembly position 20, is placed over an encircling continuous conveyor belt 25 that positively engages it and entrains it as advancing. The conveyor belt 25 passes together with the equipped tape 2 through a driving-in region 15 for gripping the tape 2 prior to the assembly position 20 and a driving-out region for carrying off the remaining tape 2 after the assembly position 20 round which it is deflected substantially in the form of V.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by putting the tip of a pin on a male die end, heating a formed contact region with the energy fed through the pin, cooling it, retracting the pin in the opposite direction to the pressing pressure, and extracting a punch rivet from a workpiece. SOLUTION: A lug 20 at the tip of a pin 18 is coupled with the recess 21 of a male die end 15. The pin 18 is lifted for several msec to generate an arc, and both surfaces are fused and welded in a contact region 30. The pin 18 is lowered to the fused portion to cool it, and a strong junction is formed. A pad member 22 is mounted on the metal sheet 12 of a workpiece, then the pin 18 is pulled to remove a punch rivet 14 from the rivet junction. Metal sheets 12, 13 are not deformed at least in the region near the pad member 22 during this process. When the punch rivet 14 is completely removed, two metal sheets 12, 13 are separated from each other, and the punch rivet 14 is stuck to the pin 18.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the punch rivet joining device which reduces the production cost and monitors the forming of the punch rivet connection to improve the sureness in quality. SOLUTION: A plunger 4 and a lower holding device 5 are driven through a transmission unit 2. The transmission unit 2 converts the rotating motion of a driving unit 1 into the parallel motion of the plunger 4 or the lower holding device 5. An electric motor can be employed for the drive unit 1, and the relative excellent control can be achieved by converting the rotating motion of the driving unit 1 into the parallel motion of the plunger 4. The different plunger speed can be achieved by the process control.
