    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting a fastener with a screw on a work piece having a connecting part formed of plural connecting members. SOLUTION: This method comprises the steps of heating the connecting part in a region to be fastened; forming a hole at least on one of connecting members by pressing a fastener with a screw in the connecting part; and making the fastener with the screw screw-engaged with a work piece by forming a screw thread on the connecting part by rotating the fastener with the screw in the hole. A tool to carry out this method is also provided.
