Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further develop an existing stud welding equipment to simplify a structural assembly of a stud welding equipment. SOLUTION: A stud welding equipment is composed of an adjustment member 3 movable back and forth in the axial direction, a stud holder 2 connected with the adjustment member 3 so that the motion of the adjustment holder 3 is transmitted to the holder 2, a hollow body located and movable in the axial direction in a gap 13 between a magnetizable core 8 connected with the adjustment member 3 and a magnetizable casing 10, a driving unit 4 having a coil 15 which is rigidly mounted on the hollow body and connectable with a power supply, a compression spring 19 which actuates the adjustment member 3 and pushes the adjustment member 3 to an end position decided by a buffer 23. The core 8 has a recessed part 45 extending from the front end on the side of the adjustment member 3 as long as at least a part of the length in the axial direction of the core 8. At least a part of the compression spring 19 is inserted into the recessed part 45 and the recessed part 45 is coaxial with the adjustment member 3.
