The present is in one embodiment a method for gas stream metal pipe cleaning comprising streaming projectiles within the pipe to a longitudinal momentum of between 3.385 x 10^-3 and 1.760 x 10^-1 Newton seconds. In another embodiment it is a method for gas stream metal pipe cleaning comprising streaming projectiles within the pipe to a longitudinal momentum of between 2.03 x 10^-4 and 1.206 x 10^-1 Newton seconds.
Abstract:
The present inventions are methods for cleaning pipes with service connections by vacuuming therethrough abrasive projectiles first in one direction, and thereafter, in an opposing direction, with additional cleaning achieved by opening of service connection valves during vacuuming. By opening service connection valves during vacuuming, debris and moisture are removed from within the service connections. Vacuuming direction reversal removes shadow deposit areas.
Abstract:
The present is a method to radially displace liquid liner inside a pipe, comprising flowing the liner around a distributive body placed within a pipe gas stream. As the gas streams past the distributive body, the liner coats the pipe homogeneously from top to bottom.
