Abstract: The invention relates to a stable electrical component comprising a carrier substrate (1) and a chip mounted thereon. The component comprises a reactance element and a support element which are at least partially disposed between the carrier substrate (1) and the chip (2). The reactance element is produced at least in part by at least one conductor track (31) and comprises at least one element selected from at least one coil, at least one capacitor and at least one transmission line. Said transmission line is a line that produces a phase shift of at least 30° at a bandpass frequency of the component.
