Abstract: The invention relates to a high frequency surface wave filter comprising reactance elements, which is particularly suitable for use in the mobile radio telephone service. Said filter is balanced on both sides, is electrically symmetrical and comprises a quadripolar reactance series element which can be configured from two bipolar reactance elements or one quadripolar reactance series element and a resonator. One contact rail of each reactance element is connected to the input side of the filter and the other contact rail is connected to the output side of the filter.

Abstract: A component for working with acoustic volume waves comprises two stacked and acoustically coupled BAW (bulk acoustic wave) resonators (RE1,RE2), of which the first has an unsymmetric and the second a symmetric gate (T21,T22). Acoustic coupling is achieved using a partially transparent coupling layer system (KS) that has an alternating sequence of lambdadivide4 mirror layers with different acoustic impedance. A compensation layer (KO,KO1) of lambdadivide8 thickness is also provided that ensures that deviations from a phase difference of 180degrees between the connections to the symmetrical output gate are largely suppressed.

Abstract: The invention relates to a reactance filter, which is constructed from BAW resonators and has at least one base element provided with a first resonator in a first branch and with a second resonator in a second branch. A resonator having a high ratio of dynamic to static capacitance is placed in one branch whereby creating a filter with the resulting pass-band whose one edge is set steeper than the other.
