    Abstract: Un procedimiento para restablecer la conectividad entre un nodo en una red Subsistema Multimedia IP, IMS, y un Equipo de Usuario, UE, en el que el UE está asociado con un nodo Proxy de Función de Control de Sesión de Llamada, P-CSCF, de dicha red IMS, en el que el UE está asociado además con al menos un nodo de control de una red de acceso por paquetes que es usada por el UE para conectarse a dicha red IMS, en el que dicho nodo IMS ha fallado en el establecimiento de una comunicación con dicho UE a través de dicho nodo P-CSCF, en el que dicho procedimiento comprende - en dicho nodo IMS, después de detectar el fallo P-CSCF, enviar una primera solicitud DIAMETER a un Servidor de Suscripción Local, HSS, solicitando al UE que restablezca su conexión a dicha red de acceso por paquetes (10; 40), en el que la primera la solicitud indica que se requiere un nuevo registro del UE; - en dicho nodo HSS, recibir dicha primera solicitud DIAMETER desde dicho nodo IMS, en el que la primera solicitud DIAMETER proporciona una identidad de dicho UE, buscar una dirección de al menos un nodo de control al cual está asociado dicho UE en dicha red de acceso por paquetes, y enviar una segunda solicitud a dicho al menos un nodo de control, solicitando al UE que restablezca su conexión a dicha red (20; 50) de acceso por paquetes, en el que la segunda solicitud indica que se requiere una re-conexión del UE; y - en dicho nodo de control, recibir dicha segunda solicitud desde dicho nodo HSS, y enviar una tercera solicitud a dicho UE, solicitando a dicho UE que desconecte su conexión a dicha red de acceso por paquetes, en el que dicha solicitud de desconexión comprende una dirección de un nodo P-CSCF disponible de dicha red (30; 60) IMS, en el que la dirección es usada por el UE para iniciar un registro hacia el nodo P-CSCF disponible.

    Abstract: A method for restoring connectivity between a node in an IP Multimedia Subsystem IMS network and a User Equipment UE. The UE is associated with a Proxy Call Session Control Function node P CSCF of said IMS network and with at least one control node of a packet access network through which the UE connects to the IMS network. The method allows for restoring the connectivity of the UE to an IMS network node after said IMS node has failed to establish a communication to said UE via said P CSCF node.
