    Abstract: In one aspect, the present invention exploits the fact that the radio interface parameters used for multi-cell operation of a terminal are typically correlated. That is, in the uplink and/or downlink direction, the radio interface parameters used in the two or more cells supporting simultaneous multi-cell communication with the terminal may be related. Accordingly, in one or more embodiments presented herein, a terminal is provided one full set of parameters for the reception of data (downlink communication) and/or transmission of data (uplink communication) in one cell (the anchor serving cell), and some additional (delta) information that describes how the set of parameters for one or more other cells (the secondary serving cells) differs from the first cell. Correspondingly, the terminal is configured to derive the additional parameters needed for communicating in the one or more other cells, based on the full set of parameters and the delta information.
