    Abstract: The device has a hollow box containing elements (4) i.e. balls or foams, intended to move under the action of electrostatic attraction. The elements are chosen from cellular particles of synthetic or natural polymers, individualized fibers of synthetic or natural polymers and mixture of the cellular particles and fibers. The box has an upper surface (1) provided with a window (2) on which a transparent glass substrate (3) is fitted. An activator sleeve type static effect activator object is terminated by a plastic foam or polyester or microfiber cloth. An independent claim is also included for a method of demonstrating antistatic properties of a transparent glass substrate.
