In such a manner as mentioned above, the fresh air supplied to the free board part 3b even with the normal temperature gradually turns to be high temperature air by receiving heat from the inner wall of the incinerator or of the exhaust gas passage due to the large heat capacity of refractory material until the air reaches metal surface, resulting in replacing the exhaust gas with the air while the temperature of the metal surface keeps a high temperature of 70W120°C or above and accordingly in enabling to prevent the bedewing onto the metal surface and yet the low temperature corrosion from occurring.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance, inspection and exchange by a method wherein a water tube section is attached to a detachable moving wall, forming a part of the wall of an exhaust gas path for an incinerator, and the water tube section is pulled out outwardly and horizontally together with the moving wall. CONSTITUTION:The water tube section 13 is arranged in the flow path 9 above a gas cooler 5 and the moving wall 15, detachably attached to a part of the wall of the flow path 9 through a connecting flange 14, is equipped to fix the water tube section 13. The moving wall 15 is fixed to a truck 24 and the water tube section 13 may be moved horizontally together with the truck 24. During operation, the truck 24 is pushed and the moving wall 15 is attached to the connecting flange 14 while the water tube section 13 is entered into the flow path 9 to effect heat exchange. However, during the inspection, the moving wall 15 is detached from the connecting flange 14 and the truck 24 is pulled out to withdraw the water tube section 13 to a place having no obstacle in the area around the water tube section.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To facilitate the removal of garbage jammed between juxtaposed screws, by enabling the sideward movement of one of the screws and the movement of a side part of a casing.
CONSTITUTION: The present invention relates to a garbage feeder for conveying garbage from a hopper to an incinerator in garbage incineration equipment. Screw conveyors 21, 22 are provided under the hopper 4 which receives the garbage thrown in by a crane. The garbage is crushed by the screws of the conveyors 21, 22 and then discharged through an outlet port 17. Uninflammable things are discharged through another outlet port 18. The shaft of the screw conveyor 21 is supported at both its ends by cylinders 28, 29 so that when the garbage is jammed, the conveyor can be moved together with a casing located alongside the screw, to remove the jammed garbage.

This air dispersing unit 3 is provided with plural air supply openings, and is divided into a central air chamber 3' and its outskirts air chamber 3" so that an air blow quantity from the center part and its outskirts of a furnace can be controlled independently. Compressed air sent from a blower not illustrated in a sketch is led to the air chamber 3' and 3" through the deflector 2 which is used as an air preheater also, and is blown into a sand layer depending on openings of valves 12, 13 and 14 controlled automatically or manually and fluidizes the sand layer. A material to be burnt is thrown into through a throw-in hole 9 and incombustibles are taken out from a takeout hole 10.
