Pressostatic odor control cover (1 ) for slurry (L) treatment tank (2) with device for reducing the inner volume occupied by harmful and malodorous gases emitted from the surface of the slurry (L), where said treatment tank (2) is delimited by a base (2') and by lateral containment walls (2"), where said pressostatic odor control cover (1 ) comprises: - a gas impermeable flexible membrane (4); - gas-tight continuous fixing means of a margin (4') of said membrane (4) to said tank (2); - insufflation means (5) of air inside said cover (1 ); - discharge valve means (6) of said air out of said cover (1 ); where: - said odor control cover (1 ) also comprises a diaphragm (7) permeable to liquids and to gases, arranged to delimit a reduced volume of said odor control cover (1 ) available to the harmful gases and to the malodorous substances released from the slurry; - said air insufflation means (5) are connected to said cover (1 ) above said diaphragm (7); - said discharge valve means (6) are connected to said cover (1 ) below said diaphragm (7).

Filling level meter (4) for membrane gasometer (1 ), consisting of at least one accumulation chamber (C1 ) arranged for containing a gas, comprising an impermeable flexible membrane (2) capable of moving between two positions corresponding to the chamber being totally full and totally empty, wherein said meter (4) comprises: an instrument (12) associated with a fixed element (3, 9), arranged for generating a signal of measurement of a physical value that can be correlated to the quantity of gas contained in said chamber (C1 ); means for processing and displaying (5) the value of the quantity of gas corresponding to said generated signal; a filiform, flexible means (6) for connecting said instrument (12) and said membrane (2); where said filiform, flexible means (6) comprises at least one portion constituted by an elastic means (7).

Disclosed is a pressostatic odor control cover for slurry treatment tank with a device for reducing the inner volume occupied by harmful and malodorous gases emitted from the surface of the slurry. The treatment tank is delimited by a base and by lateral containment walls. The cover includes: a gas impermeable flexible membrane; a gas-tight continuous fixing unit of a margin of the membrane to the tank; an insufflation unit of air inside the cover; and a discharge valve of the air out of the cover. The odor control cover also includes a diaphragm permeable to liquids and to gases, arranged to delimit a reduced volume of the odor control cover available to the harmful gases and to the malodorous substances released from the slurry. The air insufflation unit is connected to the cover above the diaphragm. The discharge valve is connected to the cover below the diaphragm.
Abstract:
The present invention concerns the sector of equipment and components for the production of waste treatment plants. More specifically it concerns a membrane gas holder dome (10) with reduced heat loss, adapted to be installed on a heated digester adapted to produce combustible gas, comprising: - a first membrane (1), impermeable to gases, adapted to delimit, at least partially, a storage chamber (C1) of the combustible gas; - a second membrane (2), impermeable to gases, adapted to delimit, at least partially, a pressurization chamber (C2) superimposed on said storage chamber (C1); - inflation means (15, 16, 17, 18) of said pressurization chamber (C2) by means of an auxiliary gas, preferably air; - a layer of composite material, with heat insulating function, interposed between said first membrane (1) and said second membrane (2).
