Abstract: An individualization service providing system based on a user includes an individualization service client configured to be mounted in a user terminal to collect user's individualization information, generate a user profile by anonymizing the individual information according to a privacy policy, and transmit the generated user profile through a communication network, along with an individualization service request message.
