Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device which can be introduced without changing an address of existing equipment.SOLUTION: A filter device 1 which filters a signal received through a network to transmit it to a server device 200 comprises: a relay-type filter function section 21 which determines whether or not the signal is transmitted to the server device 200 based on a set filtering rule and transmits the signal which is determined as the signal to be transmitted to the server device 200; an address conversion section 13 which converts a destination address included in a received signal to an address of the filter function section 21 and converts the destination address included in the signal transmitted from the filter function section 21 to an address of the server device 200; and a transparent function section 11 having a communication section 12 which transmits/receives a signal to/from the filter function section 21 while receiving the signal through the network.
