Abstract: Methods and systems for processing digital files are described. In one embodiment, a digital document processing subsystem monitoring a database location for a file to process, after identifying a file to process, identifying a location of one or more multiple-choice selection areas within the file, and determining whether each of the one or more multiple choice selection areas were marked by hand and storing results of the determination in a database.
