Abstract: A mobile apparatus measures the characteristics of a light beam emitted by a light unit, presenting at least two angular portions of different colors. The apparatus includes a support that enables the position of a measuring set to vary. The measuring set including a single orientable camera provided with a zoom capable of assuming at least a first low-magnification position for providing reduced magnification and a wide angle of field enabling the detection of the position of the light unit to orient the camera precisely in its direction, and a second position of high magnification enabling the taking of an image of the light unit enabling an analysis of the characteristics of a light beam emitted by a light unit.
