Abstract:
A plant for loading road transport vehicles with sacks of loose material comprises a parking area (2) of a road transport vehicle; a chain conveyor (5) for the transport of at least one stack of sacks of loose material; said chain conveyor (5) being movable from a loading position to a pickup position located in correspondence of said parking area (2); a handling member of said sacks (S) for picking up said sacks (S) from said chain conveyor (5) in said pickup position and depositing them in said vehicle; said handling member (7) comprises a fork (8) to lift the entire stack of sacks (S) from the chain conveyor (5) towards the vehicle.
Abstract:
A sack feeding device for a sacking machine comprising: means (21) for picking up one sack at a time from a stack of sacks arranged on a first plane (11); said sacks being elongated having two long sides (7, 9) and two short sides (6, 8), and at least one corner between a long and a short side comprising a valve (5), said long and a short side with a valve in between being referred to as a short valve side (6) and a long valve side (7); means (32, 34) for pushing one sack at a time so that said long valve side (7) is arranged on a second plane (40) and abuts against a retainer (41) and the long side (9) opposite to said long valve side (7) is contained by a vertical edge (36) opposite to said retainer (41), means (42) for pushing said short valve side (6) to a predetermined position on said second plane (40); means (46) for lifting said short valve side (6), away from said second plane (40).

Abstract:
Plant for the automatic loading of a container with ordered stacks of sacks (14) comprising: at least one movable carriage (20) movable along a first direction; said movable carriage (20) having a plurality of first prongs (23) placed cantilevered; a guide (31 ) aligned with said container (12); a beam (32) sliding inside said guide (31 ) along a second direction perpendicular to said first direction; a seizing apparatus (44), having second prongs (48), associated to one end of said beam (32); said second prongs (48) being insertable with said first prongs (23); said at least one movable carriage (20) being movable from a first receiving position for receiving said ordered stacks of sacks (14) on said first prongs (23), to a second position where said first prongs (23) are located above said second prongs (48); said second prongs (48) being vertically movable; said beam (32) being longitudinally movable for entering inside said container (12).
Abstract:
A system (10) for automatically loading a vehicle with sacks (3, 4) arranged in layers (1); where each layer (1) of sacks (3, 4) comprises a plurality of sacks (3, 4) arranged in a predetermined configuration: said system (10) comprises: a conveyor system (16) to convey and rotate said sacks (3, 4); a handling structure (30, 32), designed to receive a succession of lines of said sacks and to form a layer of sacks arranged in said predetermined configuration; said handling structure (30, 32) comprising cantilever-mounted second rollers (41); said system (10) further comprises a plurality of vertically and longitudinally movable prongs (57), arranged so as to be insertable between said second rollers (41).
Abstract:
Palletizer for forming a stack of a plurality of objects (10) on a pallet, where the palletizer is of the top loading type by means of a loading station. The palletizer comprises a primary vertically movable fork (21) vertically aligned with the loading station (11); a secondary fork (31) movable vertically and horizontally; a first roller conveyor (25) for unloading the completed pallets vertically aligned with said loading station (11). The primary fork (21) has fork tines arranged and dimensioned so that they can pass between the rollers of said first roller conveyor (25); a second roller conveyor (40) for feeding empty pallets. The secondary fork (31) has fork tines arranged and dimensioned so that they can pass between the rollers of said second roller conveyor (40). The secondary fork (31) has fork tines arranged and dimensioned so that they can pass between the fork tines of said primary fork (21). The said first roller conveyor (25) is arranged side by side the second roller conveyor (40).
