Abstract:
Filter bag assembly for use in cleaning of process gas comprising an outer tubular filter bag and one or more inner tubular filter bags separately arranged within the outer tubular filter bag, and said one or more inner tubular filter bags also separately arranged within each other, the one or more inner tubular filter bags and the outer tubular filter bags having an open end and a closed end, and at least one of the inner tubular filter bags and/or the outer tubular filter bag being provided with catalytically active material.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a wear-resistant roller (1) for crushing of particulate material, such as crude ore for use in the cement or minerals industry comprising a roller body (2), a wear surface (3) on the roller body (2) having an axial extension in an axial direction of the roller and a radial extension in a radial direction of the roller, the wear surface (3) comprising a primary fraction of matrix material and a secondary fraction of hard phase material suspended in the matrix material, wherein the secondary fraction of hard phase material in a central portion of the wear surface is higher than the secondary fraction of hard phase material in a peripheral portion of the wear surface seen in the axial direction of the roller. Also the invention relates to a method of forming such a wear surface on a roller body.
Abstract:
A method of and a system for conveying a feed of lumpy high adhesion solids in a solids refinement plant such as a minerals processing plant, a cement plant or a materials handling facility. The method comprises the steps of conveying a stream of conveyable volumes of lumpy high adhesion solids; applying a low adhesion solids onto the surface of the conveyable volumes of lumpy high adhesion solids thereby forming conveyable volumes of lumpy high adhesion solids having a low adhesion protecting layer on the surface from adhesion of low adhesion solids to the surface of the lumpy high adhesion solids, and thereafter conveying said conveyable volumes of high conveyable volumes of lumpy high adhesion solids having a low adhesion protecting layer on the surface.
Abstract:
A manufacturing apparatus for providing a reduced cementitious material comprising a heating device, a reducing device, and a cooling device. The reducing device has a first end comprising a gas seal and being connected to the heating device, such that a heated cementitious material from the heating device is feedable to the first end of the reducing device substantially without any gas from the heating device entering the reducing device. The reducing device has a second end connected to the cooling device, such that a reduced cementitious material formed in the reducing device is provided to the cooling device. The reducing device further has transporting means configured to transport cementitious material from the first end to the second end and is configured for receiving a reducing agent or a precursor for a reducing agent.
Abstract:
A cement manufacturing plant can include at least one emission abatement mechanism. In some embodiments, the emission abatement mechanism can utilize a plurality of pulsed gases passed through a reactor to treat a solid particulate material passed through the reactor. The pulsed reactant gas can be pulsed through the reactor so that the pulsed gas passes from a middle portion of the reactor to a first end of the reactor at which the solid particulates can be fed into the reactor. In some embodiments, the reactant gas can be output from the first end to a down comer or other reactant gas conduit for transport to a treatment device.
