Abstract: A hinge includes two guide frames spaced apart from each other in a front-rear direction, a transmitting assembly interposed between the guide frames, a frictional torque generating assembly having two opposite thrust plates, and two rotary brackets disposed opposite to each other. Each rotary bracket includes an arcuate pivot portion pivotably connected with the respective guide frame, an actuating portion coupled with the transmitting assembly to actuate the transmitting assembly, and a frictional surface in frictional contact with the respective thrust plate to bring synchronous rotations of the arcuate pivot portion, the actuating portion and the frictional surface, and to make synchronous and opposite rotations of the rotary brackets.

Abstract: A foldable display device includes a hinge, a housing shell unit and a display unit. The housing shell unit includes two housing shells connected with left and right sides of the hinge, two support plates respectively disposed on the housing shells, and a plurality of pairs of display rails defined between the housing shells and the support plates. Each housing shell has a base shell wall connected with the hinge. Each display rail has a rail groove. The display unit is securely disposed to the hinge, and is movably engaged in the rail grooves. The hinge is rotatable between an unfolded position and an outfolding position. During rotation of the hinge, the display unit is moved along the rail grooves.

Abstract: An outward-folding display device includes a casing unit and a display protection module. The casing unit includes first and second casings and a sliding board slidably mounted to the second casing. The second casing has a plurality of buffer slots. The display protection module is mounted in the second casing, and includes a plurality of buffer blocks and a plurality of resilient members. The buffer blocks slidably and respectively engage the buffer slots, and are connected to the sliding board. The resilient members are connected between the second casing and the sliding board for biasing the sliding board toward its default position when the buffer blocks are moved in a folding process of the outward-folding display device.
