    Abstract: The network filtering circuit includes a cable side for connection with a network cable, a physical side for connection with a mother board, and a plurality of transmission channels connected between the cable side and the physical side. Each of the transmission channels includes a first transmission line and a second transmission line with a CMC linked therebetween. Two filtering (Y type) capacitors are further linked between the first transmission line and the second transmission line with a middle line connected between the two filtering capacitors and having an extension line wherein in such an extension line there are a resistor and an optional adjusting capacitor to a ground node at the end in series connection.

    Abstract: The network filtering circuit includes a cable side for connection with a network cable, a physical side for connection with a mother board, and a plurality of transmission channels connected between the cable side and the physical side. Each of the transmission channels includes an isolation transformer with a primary coil connected with the cable side and a secondary coil coupling with the primary coil. A common mode choke has two first ends connected to the physical side and two opposite second ends. A pair of capacitors series connection with the corresponding second ends and are connected between the secondary coil and the common mode choke. The primary coil has a first center tap directly connected to a ground node.

    Abstract: An electrical connector comprises a housing including a plug-receiving receptacle, a set of mating contacts each having a mating portion extending in the plug-receiving receptacle and a first connecting portion, a set of mounting contacts each having a second connecting portion, an insulative carrier having opposed front and rear walls and a receiving chamber, and a set of magnetic components each having a magnetic core received in the receiving chamber and a number of conductive wires winding therearound. The mating contacts are held by a bottom section of the front wall, and the mounting contacts are held by a bottom section of the rear wall. Each conductive wire has a first end connecting with the first connecting portion of the mating contact and an opposite second end connecting with the second connecting portion of the mounting contact. The electrical distance from the mating contacts to the mother board is reduced.

    Abstract: An electrical connector includes: an insulating housing; one row of terminals including signal and grounding terminals, each terminal including a retaining portion, an elastic arm and a soldering portion, and an arc-shaped contacting portion extending from the elastic portion, the contacting portion having a contacting point, the soldering portion having a nearest soldering point; and a grounding member comprising plural first grounding portions arranged in one row and each extending slantwise downwards and plural second grounding portions arranged in one row and each extending slantwise upwards, the first grounding portions touch the grounding terminals at first touching points, the second grounding portions touch the grounding terminals at second touching points, the first touching point is located at a middle-length point between the contacting point and the nearest soldering point along an extending direction of the grounding terminal, and the second touching point is located near the first touching point.
