PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesivity to an optical function layer which has low elastic modulus and whose shape is restored even when it is deformed.SOLUTION: A prism sheet 10 that is an optical function sheet includes a prism layer 21 of an optical function layer and a multilayered film 22. The multilayered film 22 is provided with a film base 30 and a first adhesive layer 31 provided on the film base 30. The prism layer 21 is formed on the first adhesive layer 31 in a later step. The thickness of the first adhesive layer 31 is at least 0.1 μm. The first adhesive layer 31 contains at least 10 mass% of a polyolefin.
