Abstract: This camera system comprises: a database which stores a plurality of three-dimensional profiles, wherein conversion relations, which are computed from image data which is obtained by photographing a plurality of reference color three-dimensional objects whereto reference colorimetric values are pre-appended and corresponding reference colorimetric values, are associated with a plurality of photographic illumination conditions; a selection unit which, on the basis of an illumination condition when photographing a three-dimensional photographic subject, selects the three-dimensional color profile corresponding to said illumination condition; and a color conversion unit which, on the basis of the selected three-dimensional color profile, carries out a color conversion from the image data of the photographed image of the photographed three-dimensional photographic subject to a colorimetric value.
