Abstract: A composite material is provided. The composite material includes a plurality of beads in which each bead has a diameter. The composite material also including a plurality of fibers in which each fiber has a length and a width. The composite material further includes a resin binder. In the composite material, the length of each fiber is greater than the width of each fiber, and the width of each fiber is less than the diameter of each bead.
