Abstract: A portable sun screen and cooling apparatus for shading a user from direct sunlight while circulating cooled air. The portable sun screen and cooling apparatus provides a domed canopy with an air conditioning element that circulates cooled air throughout the domed canopy. The domed canopy comprises a hollow framework for redirecting the cooled air toward a user's upper body. An indicating element demonstrates a user's position should they become lost or separated from their companions.
