    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the limiting of cooling of a film extremely by a method wherein a double-wall assembly is produced with temperature and period of time sufficient to connect an inner wall, an outer wall and a passage forming means metallurgically with each other through hot press, then, passage filling sacrificing means is removed. SOLUTION: In a panel 92, a stainless steel foil is welded to a double-wall steel passage assembly 90 through tack welding and the stainless steel foil is disposed in a HIP can while remaining a gap between the stainless steel foil and the HIP can wall. The double-wall steel passage assembly 90 is constituted of sectional pieces 80, 82, 84, 86 while the inner wall and outer walls 86, 88 are connected with temperature and period of time, which are sufficient to connect them with each other metallurgically so as to form a stainless steel U-passage 80 by being integrated with the upper wall 88, then, the HIP can wall and a sacrifice piece are removed by etching after HIP process. According to this method, the cooling of a film can be limited extremely and a gas turbine combustor, having a cooling passage 80, can be realized.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly control the surface area of a tabulator for transferring heat from a surface, and also correctly arrange and secure the tabulator to the surface. SOLUTION: Plural metal wires 14 are secured to a product surface 12 along the longitudinal direction of the wires 14 in the surface 12 of a product 10 (e.g. an external fluid flow surface). Such a product can be composed of the part of a device (e.g. the part of a gas turbine engine), and also the wires 14 are secured to the surface of the product 10 to change the surface characteristic of the product 10. The product 10 can be also composed of a joining layer including the wires 14 carried along the surface 12 of the layer (e.g. a brazed tape).

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a double wall turbine composing member of complicated shape by rolling a preform including a sacrifice material to obtain a prescribed dimension, removing the sacrifice material after welding and assembling into a desired shape and forming a cooling path. SOLUTION: The preform of assemblies consisting of the sacrifice material of a Ni base super alloy, etc., and a Monel, etc., is hot rolled to reduce the cross section into the desired dimension. Next, the preform is ring rolled after cutting and removing an unnecessary part 54 to form a cylindrical part 50 being a combustor, a cone 52 being a transition member, etc. Next, these are welded in the axial direction and combined in the circumference. Thereafter, the sacrifice material is etched and removed and the cooling path is formed to obtain the double wall structure.

The slot can be formed in the base material partially, and the other part can be formed in the protect film. A large cooling effect is obtained by movement of a film cooling medium penetrating the base material extending over the slot. The relevant material is also explained.
