Abstract:
A system and method for dynamically scaling up or down, resources of a contact center tenant, based on detected or predicted demands on the contact center tenant. A processor monitors and collects contact center operation data. The processor detects, in response to the monitoring, a condition relating to the operation of the contact center. The processor dynamically adjusts at least one hardware or software resource for the contact center based on the detected condition. Health of a particular deployment may also be monitored to learn over time which deployments are healthy for which conditions. If a current deployment is deemed to be unhealthy, the processor may take action to move the contact center to a healthy state.
Abstract:
A system for issuing, validating, and managing trust between two or more entities authenticated to operate in a federated network includes one or more servers for issuing trust certificates based on one or more trust metrics, and one or more servers for validating issued trust certificates. Entities operating through a communications interface may be issued trust certificates pursuant to evaluation relative to certain trust metrics, the certificates accompanying communications between entities the certificates subject to validation at communication end points of interaction.
Abstract:
A system for soliciting and activating one or more groups of workers to service contact center business includes an interface accessible to the one or more groups for accepting group registration data, publishing contact center business and for enabling the groups to subscribe to receive business; a data repository for storing the registration data for subscribing groups; and a routing server for specifying routing strategies for event routing to the groups. The system is characterized in that the one or more groups of workers may be activated during contact center business activity to perform services based on need.
Abstract:
A system and method for configuring routing logic for a contact center is provided. A plurality of routing templates is displayed for user selection. Each of the routing templates is associated with metadata defining one or more parameters of the corresponding routing template. A contact center administrator selects one of the displayed templates and further identifies an entry point to the contact center to which the selected routing template applies. The parameters defined for the selected template are displayed for prompting user input. The administrator provides input values for the displayed parameters. The user input values are saved in association with the corresponding parameters and further in association with the identified entry point. The saved user input values are then retrieved for routing a particular interaction arriving at the entry point.
Abstract:
A system for integrating a contact center, an agent station, and a customer relation management server for communication includes a network adapter node having port connection to the contact center, the agent station, and the customer relation management server; and one or more dynamic states running on the network adapter mode wherein the one or more states described represent current agent activity and presence attributes according to model. In preferred application the customer relation management server is adapted to deliver data and or services or notification of availability thereof to the agent station based on the current state information for one or more events active or in queue for the agent station.
Abstract:
A system that is adapted to route interactions to contact center agents. More specifically, the system is adapted to identify an interaction to be routed, and identify a group of agents based on one or more constraints for generating one or more candidate agents. The system is also adapted to gather context data surrounding the candidate agents. For each agent of the candidate agents, the system is adapted to estimate an expected value to be obtained by routing the interaction to the agent. The system is further adapted to select a particular agent of the candidate agents based on the estimates, and signal a routing device for routing the interaction to the particular agent.
Abstract:
A network-based interaction system includes a machine connected to the network for receiving and routing an interaction request, a server application having access to the network for matching an interaction request to a profile, and a data repository for storing profile information.
Abstract:
A system for enabling consumers to select service providers from a federated network of providers based on trust rating relative to one or more trust metrics comprising: a trust authority (115) for rating service providers and issuing trust certificates to those providers; a trust validation service (112,113,114) for validating trust certificates used in communication to convey trust; and an interface (600) accessible to consumers for presenting a list of trusted service providers rated by the trust authority; characterized in that the service provider information provided in the listing includes trust rating, pricing for services, and a trust certificate summary visible to the consumer to help the consumer decide which service provider to contact.
Abstract:
A network-based interaction system includes a machine connected to the network for receiving and routing an interaction request, a server application having access to the network for matching an interaction request to a profile, and a data repository for storing profile information.
