Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a remote control medicine medicating capsule safe and reliable on use by equipping a sleeve valve on a periphery wall of a capsule main body to form one or more holes on the periphery wall and connecting a heating resistance of the sleeve valve to an actuator member made of a thermally actuated shape memory alloy. CONSTITUTION: This capsulating machine 10 has a capsule main body 12 and a sleeve member 14 slidably accepted and rotatably mounted in the capsule main body 12, and the capsule main body 12 and the sleeve member 14 respectively have holes 12A, 14A. An actuator mechanism 16 and the sleeve member 14 act as a sleeve valve to discharge a medicine from a storage space formed between a lower room of the sleeve member 14 and the capsule main body 12. Shape memory alloy fingers 16I, 16J act to be straight by heat of resistance heaters 16E, 16F to apply force to a retaining wire 20 to rotate the sleeve member 14 in the capsule main body and match the hole 14A with the hole 12A to open the capsule.
