    Abstract: Enclosure (16) for housing a coupler (18) between a driving rod (20) and a driven rod (22) comprises a first and a second preferably cylindrical pieces (30, 28). Said pieces are sized so that the first piece (30) is able to slide telescopically within the second piece (28) and are threaded to engage each other when in operation the enclosure (16) is in a close position, thereby the enclosure (16) being able to retain lubricant in the inside.     Abstract: A hot melt dispensing system includes a melt system for heating adhesive pellets into liquefied adhesive pellets. The melt system includes an inlet for receiving a supply of adhesive pellets. The hot melt dispensing system further includes a feed hose for feeding adhesive pellets into the melt system and a feed inlet assembly connecting the feed hose to the melt system. The feed inlet assembly includes a venturi, a compressed air inlet for feeding compressed air into the venturi, and a venturi outlet connecting the venturi to the inlet of the melt system.

    Abstract: A feed assembly for a melter includes a funnel, an inlet into the funnel, and a fan baffle situated atop the funnel. The funnel is oriented along a vertical axis, and has a funnel surface that narrows towards an outlet into the melter. The inlet is angled tangent to and downward towards the funnel surface to inject meltable pellets onto the funnel surface in a vortex pattern. The fan baffle is situated atop the funnel, and has a plurality of blades angled to oppose the vortex pattern so as to permit airflow but redirect the meltable pellets from the inlet towards the funnel surface.
