Abstract:
A system (1) comprises a spectroscopic optical unit (2a) for dispersing the radiation light form an object (10), a photoelectric transducing unit (2b) f or transducing the colors to generate electric signals, an image processing uni t (4) for crating a pseudo color image and calculating the values of a color specification system for displaying the colors of the pseudo color image, an d image output units (5, 6) for outputting the image and/or the values. The image processing unit multiplies each electric signal by a sensitivity function to generate an image signal, calculates the above values by using t he image signal, and multiplies the image signal by a matrix M to crate a pseud o color image. The sensitivity function is defined from the correlation betwee n the difference between the physical or chemical states of objects and the difference between the waveforms in the spectra of the objects. The matrix M is so defined that the color reproduction error is a minimum value.
Abstract:
A slide glass for providing color information used as a comparison reference for color evaluation and color correction of an image of a measurement sample captured by means of a microscope. The slide glass is used for a microscope to capture an image of a measurement sample. The slide glass is composed of a glass sheet on which a sample is mounted and one or more sets of micro color filters placed on one side of the glass sheet. Each set of micro color filters include two or more color reference micro color filters for sampling a color used as a comparison reference used for color evaluation and color correction of the image. The micro color filters for color references in the same set are so arranged as not to overlap with one another and have three or more mutually different reference colors out of all hues. The sizes of the color filters in the same set are in a range in which they can be viewed in the field of the objective lens of the microscope.
